Sometimes I just get tired of dealing with it

Today is June 29th in a week I will have had an upper denture for 5 months. I think it was easier at first in someways because I kept thinking just another day, or week or whatever till I get my perms then it will be magically better. Well it has not been magically better. I should not really complain , I can eat and talk and things like that but this denture was poorly made at best and i could just go out and get another made but if I'm going to have another whole denture made I think I should wait till I shrink up as much as possible before I spend the $$$ on them. I will get new ones in the spring I think that will be a year or so since my e day.
I decided to think of the denture I have as better fitting immediates. But somedays it seems as if I will never get used to wearing them. Even tough I have worn them all the time from the beginning. I have been faithful to giving the whole thing one hell of an effort. I think sometimes I just get tired of dealing with it. I want to not think about it for a while. Not think about my mouth for a while. Seems I've thought of little else for such a long time. There were all the teeth problems before the decision to have dentures then the decision and the process of getting them and now having teeth that do not fit correctly..... it seems never ending.
I know, on the scale of the universe, it's not that big of a deal. I can eat, speak, smile and apparently, gripe. LOL
I will be happy to get this a little futher behind me, seems as though each day I awake it is right there in front of me. Someone please tell me they too have been in this spot of recovery and actually got passed it.
