I sat up also but I also warned my denturist that I panic. He was real good, as long as they know how u r feeling they will make u as comfy as possible. The leaning forward trick works wonders too.

Hi Mike, I had the same problem and have a real bad gagging reflex. I went back to my denturist and he took some of the back palate. No more issues when I wear them now, just sometimes a little gag when i take them out but I can handle that. Jen

Hi Judi, My trick with the meat and chicken was to cut it up really small and put it in the mash. It gave me my meat fix and it tasted soooo good. It is a pain chopping it up but its well worth it lol. Jen
