Dentures A New Smile

If You have Dentures or are needing Dentures. This is the place for Support.

1 Rotisserie Chicken
1 onion
5 stalks celery
Cream of Chicken Soup (Campbells) low sodium
Chicken Broth (Campbells) low sodium
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
butter
1 egg
Salt
Pepper

Break up the meat of the chicken into the bottom of a casserole dish. Breaking this up into a fine mush of chicken is always easier on the gums and doesn't affect taste at all. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the top of the chicken (mix) and place in a refrigerator to keep cool.
Next, Chop the onion and celery very finely. Place two pats of butter in a skillet with 1/4 cup water and cook the onion with a dash of salt and pepper for flavor on medium heat. Cook until your onions turn clear.
Place stuffing in a bowl and add 1/2 the Chicken broth to the stuffing. Pour the onion and celery mix on top and stir lightly. Add 1 egg to the broth in the can of broth leftover and mix it before pouring onto the stuffing mix. (This incorporates the stuffing with the egg better.)
Pour stuffing mix over the top of the chicken and pat down with a spoon to make it even over the top.
Cook in an oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Enjoy an actual meal that doesn't hurt to eat and has way more taste and consistency than soup!

Jeeze, I should know better than to read this stuff at 5 something a.m. Would it be wrong of me to make chicken for breakfast? That sounds incredible, thanks! Now the fat pregnant lady is going to go find a super early breakfast...

I have been known to eat it Saturday mornings reheated in the microwave because I'm too lazy to make breakfast! It is really good! I hope you try it!

Oh yeah, leftovers always make the best breakfast. Of course I'm NOT a breakfast foods person. I had leftover lasagna this morning... lol. Shameful!!!
